01What you can have deleted

On request, we delete the personal data we hold about you in Postvik. That includes:

• The photos and images you uploaded.
• Your post text — captions, drafts, briefs, and messages.
• Your Telegram identity (user ID and display name).
• Your job history with us.
• The brand & preference notes our system learned about you.
• Your account and contact details.

02How to request deletion

Pick whichever is easier — both reach us:

1. Email us. Send a message to info@vlrnordic.comwith the subject "Data deletion request". Tell us the Telegram name or handle you use with Postvik so we can find your data.
2. Or message the bot. In your Postvik Telegram chat, send "Please delete my data". We'll pick it up and confirm.

It helps if the request comes from the same email or Telegram account you use with us, so we can confirm it's really you.

03What happens next

1. We acknowledge your request, usually within a few working days.
2. We verify it's your data — a quick identity check so we don't delete the wrong person's account.
3. We delete your personal data from Postvik within 30 days of a verified request.
4. We confirm once it's done.

04What's deleted — and what may remain

We delete your personal data from our systems. A few things are worth knowing:

• Posts already published to your social accounts stay live on those platforms — deleting your Postvik data doesn't remove them. You (or we, on request) can take those down inside Instagram, LinkedIn, and so on.
• Our processors (for example OpenAI and the publishing layer) remove data on their own retention cycles under their agreements with us; we instruct deletion where we can.
• A minimal set of records may be kept where the law requires it — for instance invoices and tax records — and only for as long as we're obliged to.
• Backups roll over on a schedule, so a copy may briefly persist in an encrypted backup before it's overwritten.

05Instagram, Facebook & Meta data

If you connected an Instagram, Facebook, or other Meta account so Postvik could publish on your behalf, and you want the data associated with that connection deleted:

• Send a deletion request as above (email info@vlrnordic.comor message the bot), and mention it concerns your Meta / Instagram connection.
• We'll delete the connected-account data and any content we hold for it within 30 days, and confirm when it's done.
• You can also disconnect VLR Nordic / Postvik directly in your Meta account settings, under Settings → Apps and Websites, at any time.
