01Who we are

Postvik is operated by VLR Nordic Private Limited ("VLR Nordic", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in India (CIN U62013AP2026PTC125976), with its registered office in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Postvik is an AI social-media manager. You send content and instructions through a Telegram chat; our system drafts captions and prepares images; you review and approve each post; and Postvik then publishes it to the social accounts you've authorised. Nothing is published without your approval.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Postvik and our website at vlrnordic.com. They set out the rules of the road for both of us. Where you and VLR Nordic have also signed a separate written service agreement, that agreement governs if it conflicts with these Terms.

02Acceptance of these terms

By using Postvik — sending content, approving a post, or otherwise engaging the service — you agree to these Terms. If you're using Postvik on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

03The service

Postvik helps you produce and publish social-media posts. In practice that means we:

• Draft captions and prepare images from the content and briefs you send.
• Present each post to you for review, edits, and approval.
• Publish only what you approve, to the platforms you've connected and authorised.
• Learn your brand voice and preferences over time so results improve.

The service is provided on a best-efforts basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may rely on third-party providers (such as AI and publishing services) to deliver it.

04Your responsibilities

Because you control what gets published, a few responsibilities sit with you:

• You own or have rights to your content. You confirm that the photos, images, text, logos, and other material you upload are yours, or that you have permission to use and publish them — including any rights of people who appear in your images.
• You're responsible for what you approve. A post is only published after you approve it. Approval is your decision, and you're responsible for the content you approve for publishing.
• Use appropriate, generic imagery. Where you rely on stock or generic images, make sure they're suitable for your brand and lawful to use. Don't upload images you're not licensed to publish.
• No illegal, infringing, or harmful content. Don't use Postvik for anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights — and don't use it in breach of any connected platform's rules.
• Keep your access secure. Keep the Telegram account and any credentials you use with Postvik secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.

You are responsible for your use of the service and for the content you publish through it. You agree to indemnify VLR Nordic against claims arising from content you upload or approve in breach of these Terms.

05AI-drafted content

Captions and text produced through Postvik are drafted by AI and then approved by you. AI can be wrong, imprecise, or off-brand — it may produce inaccurate facts, awkward phrasing, or claims you didn't intend to make.

06Third-party platforms

Postvik publishes to social networks you connect — such as Instagram / Meta, LinkedIn, and others you enable. Those platforms are run by third parties under their own terms and policies, which you're also bound by when you publish there.

We don't control those platforms and aren't responsible for their decisions or availability. That includes — without limitation — a platform rejecting, removing, or delaying a post; changing or withdrawing its API; rate-limiting; or restricting, suspending, or closing an account. VLR Nordic is not liable for actions taken by a third-party platform, and using Postvik doesn't change your obligations to those platforms.

07Intellectual property

Your content stays yours. You keep all rights to the photos, text, logos, and other material you provide, and to the finished posts made from them. You grant VLR Nordic a limited licence to use that content only to operate the service for you — to draft, prepare, and publish your posts, and to store and back it up while we work together.

Our software stays ours. Postvik itself — the software, systems, prompts, workflows, models we build, brand, and know-how behind the service — remains the property of VLR Nordic. These Terms don't transfer any ownership of our technology to you, and you may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it.

08Data & privacy

How we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data — and the rights you have over it — is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see our Data Deletion page. By using Postvik you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

09Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that AI-drafted content will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, or that posts will always be published successfully by third-party platforms. Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VLR Nordic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the service, even if we've been advised of the possibility.

To the extent VLR Nordic is found liable, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11Termination

You can stop using Postvik at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if required to protect the service or comply with the law, or on reasonable notice if we discontinue the service.

On termination, your right to use the service ends. Posts already published to your accounts stay live on those platforms unless you or we take them down. We handle your data after termination as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — continue to apply.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the service and the law evolve. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell active clients directly. Continuing to use Postvik after a change means you accept the updated Terms. This version was last updated 8 July 2026.

13Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any different arrangement in a signed service agreement between us.
